Visitation for Ms. Carter will be held on Monday, January 10, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, January 11, 11:00 a.m., at St. Paul AME, 6308 E. Apache St., Tulsa, OK 74125.

This is hard that your gone. I knew you would always be here forever. God had others plans. I happy to say you were my #1aunt my back bone. My big supporter when Jordan passed away all the nights we stayed up on phone praying for me take it thru I cherished all of that. My heart is sadden things won’t be the same. One thing I do know we had some wonderful times as a family and we will continue your legacy as a family I love you kiss Jordan for me and da ddddy’O I love you guys. Rest well.
