Visitation for Ms. Carter will be held on Monday, January 10, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, January 11, 11:00 a.m., at St. Paul AME, 6308 E. Apache St., Tulsa, OK 74125.
