Mother Mavis Owens, Was An Angel To Us, On February 8, 2008, My Pastor Also My Husband Elder Brice Was Admitted To St. Francis Hospital-Tulsa, Ok. Mother Owens Stayed With Elder Brice And When They Transferred Him To Stroke Floor, I Had To Come Home In Muskogee And Mother Owens Said, “Go Ahead, I Will Stay Until He Is Transferred”! Mother Owens Was Adamant About Her Stand. It Was Hours That She Stayed With My Husband; Such Demonstration Of Love And Charity That Only A Saint Of God Could Demonstrate Unconditionally And There Has Not Been Anyone Else That Have Helped Me Since Then. When We Visited Pentecostal Temple She Would Always Say, “Now You Have A Rough Road In Taking Care Of Elder Brice, If You Need Me Call Me”, Even When I Knew She Wasn’T Feeling The Best. We Send Our Heartfelt Prayers With The Love Of The Lord Jesus To Comfort Your Lonesome Hearts, But Remember God Kept Her Here For Awhile. But Mother Owens Belong To God, And She Finished Her Course And Now Gone To Receive Her Reward! We Will Miss Her But Remember The Lessons She Taught Us. Humbly Submitted: Elder Roosevelt And Missionary Mary Toles Brice, Muskogee, Ok
