Obituary

Mrs. Dorothy Jo Carter transitioned to eternal rest on Friday, September 3. Family will receive friends on Saturday, September 11, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m., at St. Mark Baptist Church, 1020 S. 2nd St., in Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Homegoing services will be held on Sunday, September 12, 3:00 p.m., also at St. Mark Baptist Church with Senior Pastor Rev. Dr. Roger Cutler, Eulogist.
Mother Dorothy will be laid to rest on Monday, September 13, 10:00 a.m., at Booker T. Washington Cemetery.

May God comfort you in your hour of bereavement. Dorothy had a sweet spirit. I enjoyed working weekends with her at the North End Cafe. Sorry I will not be able to attend, but my heart goes out to you.
