My Heart Is Heavy I Send My Deepest Condolences To The Family. Willie And I Go Way Back We Was In Karate Classes Together He Was The First Male That I Sparred With. He Taught Me A Lot About Winning. He Would Show No Mercy When We Practice Together. Back In The Day There Was Not Many Women Fighting In Tournaments So We Had To Fight The Males. We Had So Many Years Of Laughter Stories. Some I Can Not Share But We Won Many Trophies As A Team And Individually. Willie Was The One Cheering Me On When I Won My First 1St Place Trophie. He Gave Me The Name Snake I Will Never Forget You. Empi Ha Or Scadicha Ka Gahi Do Will Never Be The Same. My Last Bow To You The Dragon!!!!!! Love You Sandra(Anderson) Walker Outley.
