Obituary

On December 4, 1970, a beautiful baby girl was born to Dorothy Laverne and Jefferson Joubert. They named her Tiffany Roshaunda. She was affectionately known by all as “Tish”. Tish grew up in Turley, OK and the “Turley Crew” remains close to this day. She attended Robert Frost Elementary and graduated from East Central High School. After graduation, Tish received her associate degree in business from Community Care College.

Upon graduating, she worked diligently for over 25 years as a professional caretaker. She worked in this field until God called her home. Tish lived a quiet life. She was a humble and happy spirited woman lending a helping hand to anyone in need. She was a wonderful and caring mother to her children. They were her pride and joy. She was a mother who always cheered for their successes and encouraged them during failures. She was a devoted Christian and an active member of Church Without Walls under the leadership of Pastor Orville and Beverly Baul. She loved family gatherings, trying new things and experiencing new restaurants. She was a force to be reckoned with when her peace was disturbed.

While she was easy going most times, she was not afraid to speak her mind. Her latest exciting endeavor was purchasing a home in the community that she loved. She journeyed to success until the very end.

She was preceded in death by her father – Jefferson Joubert; grandparents: Doris and Ollie James Reynolds, aunts: Ollie Mae Reynolds and Gloria Smith, brother: Larry (Donnie) Joubert, sister: Darnisha (Nitche) Reynolds.

She leaves in God’s care to celebrate her life: Her mother, Laverne Joubert, Her Children: Shaniqua and Phillip, Her siblings: Derrick (Lee Nora) Reynolds, Charisma (Robert), James (Diane) and Jeff Joubert. Also, to cherish her memory, her sister/best friend Shaunta Smith. Along with a host of relatives and friends.

Visitation for Tiffany will take place on Friday, November 4, 2022 from 1PM-8PM at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2022, 12PM at Antioch Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Sandtown Cemetery in Wagoner, OK.
