Obituary

Steven Kenneth Burns was born in Tulsa, OK to parents Harry Kenneth and Beverly Ann Burns. He grew up in Tulsa and was the middle of three children. Steven attended Thomas Edison High School, class of 1969, and pursued courses at the University of Oklahoma. Steven worked in many fields throughout his life, thriving in marketing and contracting. Steven loved watching his OU Sooners play football whenever possible, and Steven loved nothing more than sharing his best moments with his closest friends. Steven was preceded in death by his wife, Rebecca Jean Burns; parents, Harry Kenneth Burns and Beverly Ann Harris and one sister, Sharon Burns. Steven is survived by his son, Bryan Burns and by his sister, Cindy Mossey and by many of his nieces, family and friends.

His memory will live on through his time spent with us; while we reflect on his life, let us be thankful of God’s gift of time we spent with Steven.
