Obituary

Shirley Ann Haverkamp transitioned to be with the Lord on September 6, 2024.

Shirley Ann Ware-Haverkamp was born on February 10, 1953, to Charles and Carrie Ware in Buffalo, NY. She accepted Christ at an early age. She dedicated her life to following the Bible’s teachings. One of her favorite scriptures, Philippians 4:7, read, “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Shirley was a loving wife to Timothy Haverkamp, and a loving mother to Timothy John “TJ” Haverkamp and David Jerome “DJ” Ware.  She was a wonderful person all around. She always encouraged her family and friends to pursue their dreams and goals.

On Friday, September 6, Shirley transitioned to her eternal place in Heaven. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Carrie Ware, grandfather, Joseph “Pops” Pierce, brothers, Carl and Fred, and sister, Cynthia Clifford.

Those left to cherish her precious memory are her husband, Timothy Haverkamp, sons, TJ Haverkamp and DJ Ware, brothers,  David and Charles, sister, Elizabeth, grandson, Eli, granddaughter, Sophie, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
