Rita Richards, 76, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on July 12, 2019. Rita was born June 25, 1943 to Matthew and Nellie McCosar in Holdenville, Oklahoma.
Visitation for Ms. Richards will be held Thursday, July 18, from 12 pm- 8pm and Friday, July 19, from 9 am- 8pm, at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
