Otis Lee Matthews, Jr., 76, of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on May 14, 2022. Mr. Matthews was born on October 20, 1945 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to Otis Matthews, Sr. and Leora Martin.
Visitation for Mr. Matthews will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2:00 p.m., at Friendship Church, 1709 N. Madison Ave., Tulsa, OK. followed by interment at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Skiatook, OK.
