Chantel Anisha Dean was born in Richmond Virginia on July 10, 1988 to Lynette Miner-Dean (Queens, NY). She was raised in Tulsa ,Oklahoma by the late Darlene Newsome (Momma) and Albert Mitchell (Daddy).

Chantel was a devoted mother of three beautiful children that she dedicated her life too. She worked hard to provide a good life for her family. We will always remember that beautiful smile, those beautiful eyes, and that caring heart you always shared.
