Obituary
“On Tuesday November 13, 2018 Mrs. Wanda Faye Woodberry-Marshall of Sapulpa, Oklahoma was called from Earthly home and was Ushered to her Heavenly home, beyond the horizon by a Legion of Angels.
Wanda Faye Woodberry Marshall was born on August 6, 1964 to Joe Woodberry and Viola Barnes Woodberry. Wanda was a beautiful daughter and full of life. She was raised in Sapulpa. She graduated in 1982 from Sapulpa High School. She accepted Christ at an early age. She later joined Philadelphia Seventh-day Adventist Church under the direction of Elder Lesley B. Davison.
She married the love of her life, Ronnie Marshall and God blessed their union until God called him home in 2009.
Wanda loved her life, her children, grandchildren, family and her job. She was a dedicated employee of Walmart for twenty years. Wanda was known for hosting great Super Bowl parties and summertime barbeques. Wanda was an avid movie buff and enjoyed collecting movies. She lovingly gave her children, grandchildren, and niece nicknames.
Meeting her at heaven’s gate will be her mother, Viola Woodberry; her loving husband, Ronnie Marshall and her oldest brother Gary Thomas.
She leaves to continue her legacy, children, Deawna Brown and DeShawn Barnes; father, Joe Woodberry; four grandchildren, Samaiya, Keonn, Keirra and Skylar; a sister, Tina, four brothers, Jesse, Donald, Floyd and Jerome. Five sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Her Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday November 20, 2018 at 11:00am Mt. Olive Baptist Church 130 N. Gray Street with Senior Pastor Elder Rickey Bruner, Sr. of Solid Rock 7th Day Baptist Church, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Burial will follow in North Heights Cemetery of Sapulpa, Oklahoma. “Visitation will be Monday 3:00pm til 8:00pm Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel 2103 East 3rd Street Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104.
