Mrs. Taja Monique Tyler of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on December 10, 2020. Mrs. Tyler was born on March 27, 1990 in Akron, Ohio.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 19, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 20, 11:00 a.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street.
Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, seating is limited to 50 persons. We encourage those who are not family but would like to attend the service, to join the live streamed broadcast. Instructions on how to access the live stream can be found below.
