As Principal Of Lindsey Elementary A Number Of Years Ago, I Had The Privilege Of Escorting A Third Grade Class And Their Teacher, Mrs. Lynn Mckinney To The Capital To Demonstrate A Great Expectations Classroom. Senator Horner And Representative Gilbert Met Us There. I Cannot Express How Gracious Senator Horner Was To My Students Many Of Whom Had Never Been Outside Of Tulsa. She Was A Special Lady.
