Obituary
On February 3, 2020, Kelly Buggs-James took the Lord’s hand and received his golden crown.
Visitation for Mr. James will be held on Friday, February 14, 12pm-8pm, Dyer at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 15, 12:00 p.m., at Metropolitan Baptist Church followed by internment at Green Acres Memorial Gardens.

Im A Classmate Of Irvin But I Also Remember Kelly As A Young Man Too. He Use To Walk Up & Down The Street, Where He Lived As A Boy Bouncing A Basketball. Time Sure Flys. He Turned Out To Be A Nice Looking Man. Sorry That He Left, Too Soon. I Send Out My Condolences & Prayers To The Buggs Family. May Kelly Rest In Eternal Peace!!
