Obituary
On February 3, 2020, Kelly Buggs-James took the Lord’s hand and received his golden crown.
Visitation for Mr. James will be held on Friday, February 14, 12pm-8pm, Dyer at Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 15, 12:00 p.m., at Metropolitan Baptist Church followed by internment at Green Acres Memorial Gardens.

To The Family Of Kelly Buggs-James: Matthew 5:4 – Blessed Are They That Mourn; For They Shall Be Comforted. I Was Saddened To Hear Of Kelly’S Passing. I Knew Kelly When I Worked At Mclain High School (Library/Media Center) And Also From Working With His Mother Faye At Dhs. I Last Saw And Hugged Him At His Mother’S Funeral (December 29, 2018).
