Visitation for Mr. Penney will be held on Thursday, June 17, from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E, 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 18, 12:00 p.m., at Friendship Church, 1709 N. Madison Ave., Tulsa, OK.

Hank attended cardiac rehab at OSU medical Center. I had the privilege of being part of his care for years. We seen his younger children grow up and all were part of our life’s. We all had so much time in rehab. We laughed and cried together. We were all family. Sunday, my prayers are with you and your family. Hank will forever be in my heart.
