Visitation for Mr. Penney will be held on Thursday, June 17, from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E, 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 18, 12:00 p.m., at Friendship Church, 1709 N. Madison Ave., Tulsa, OK.

I have known Hank “Butch” Penny for most of my life. I had the privilege of working with Hank for 8 years at the Lloyd Rader Center in Sands Springs, OK. Hank was a role model for the youth at Rader Center and a mentor for many staff members including myself. Always kept in touch with Hank through the years. I will miss my friend. Until I cross the River Jordan. Boss Boss Boss!
