Obituary

Craig Wesley Storey was born January 2, 1960 to Curlie B. Storey and Sarah F. Burton. Craig was the third of four children and the only son born to that union.

Craig attended and graduated from Tulsa Public Schools where he played football before enlisting in the U.S. Army in 1976. He served as an Artillery Specialist during his enlistment.

Craig met the love of his life, Veronica Evans in 1979 and was blessed with the birth of their beautiful daughter Aneadra Danyale.

Craig followed in his father’s footsteps and learned the family business of Over the Road Truck Driving. Craig greatly enjoyed visiting new locations and meeting new people. Craig never met a stranger and a conversation would span many subjects and last for hours. He loved the Lord and his faith was strong. Craig had an outgoing personality and could tell a joke that could make anybody laugh/smile and brighten their day. He often encouraged and uplifted others and believed in them even when he didn’t believe in himself. Craig was very intelligent and talented. He quickly learned multiple trades including automobile repair, plumbing and home remodeling.

Craig was preceded in death by his father, Curlie B. Storey, (mother in love) Ruth Ann Storey. Brothers Ronald Storey and Craig Murphy and his Sister Sheila Jones.
