Mr. Charles Herman Dailey of Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away on November 4, 2020. Mr. Dailey was born on February 10, 1949 in Independence, Kansas to Herman and Annie Dailey.

Visitation for Mr. Dailey will be held on Wednesday, November 18, from 9:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, OK 74104.
