Visitation for Mr. Buford will be held on Tuesday, August 11, from 2:00pm-8:00pm, at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 East 3rd Street, Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 1:00pm at the Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel.
