Monica Lynn Malone, 61, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, peacefully passed away on December 23, 2025, surrounded by loved ones. Born on August 20, 1964, in Tulsa, Monica lived a life deeply rooted in faith, love, and service to others.

Monica was known for her kind spirit, strong work ethic, generosity, infectious sense of humor, and unwavering devotion to her family. She had a heart for people and touched the lives of all who knew her through her compassion, encouragement, and genuine care.

A devoted parent, grandparent, sibling, and friend, Monica cherished time spent at family gatherings, in church, reading, cooking, serving her community, and especially loving on her grandchildren. Her life reflected her faith, and her legacy lives on through the many lives she inspired by her example of love and perseverance.

Monica leaves to cherish her memory her son, Dante Malone; her mother, Ruby Oakley; her sister, Yolonda; her brother, Evit “Man”; and her beloved sister-friend, Mattie “Teeddie,” along with a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her son, Mandrell Malone; her niece, Elise Oakley; and her grandmother, Cleophas Harris.

We take comfort in knowing that Monica has completed her earthly journey and is now resting in the presence of the Lord.
