Miss MahShe’La LaNette Johnson gained her wings on the evening of August 24, 2021. Miss Johnson was born on July 22, 1998 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Friends may visit MahShe’La  as she slumbers in sweet repose on Friday, September 3, from 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 4, 2:00 p.m., at Morning Star Baptist Church, 1014 East Pine Street, Tulsa, OK followed by interment at Crown Hill Cemetery.

MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES.  THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION.

  5. Monique, I didn’t meet you in person, but I met Shay through her girlfriends (my daughter Jada being one of them). She was a beautiful young lady, with such a beautiful spirit. Although my heart truly hurts for you and the girls (Kaitlin, Jada, Shyanne…) and your entire family, despite my lack of earthly understanding, I do know God is in absolute control and ultimately knows best…even when we dare to disagree. I will continue praying for months to come that you will continue to have “peace.”
