Visitation for Mrs. Harper will be held on Friday, May 5, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 6, 1:00 p.m., at St. John Baptist Church, 1802 N Troost Ave, Tulsa, OK 74106.
