Linda Ronetta McBee

September 21^st, 1951 – July 24^th, 2023

A beautiful baby girl was born on September 21st, 1951, in Tulsa, OK, to Cleva M Olden and Roland McBee Sr. She was the 1^st of 3 children born into the family, and they named her Linda Ronetta McBee.

Linda grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma, where she attended Tulsa Public Schools. She was a proud graduate of historic Tulsa Central High School with the class of 1969.

Linda enjoyed softball, where she could often be found hitting the field in friendly competition.  She also enjoyed country life, where she cared for pigs, cows, chickens, and goats, amongst other things. She even built her own house.

Her heart was so big that she raised four children and went on to foster eight children as well. She had a successful career as an office manager, bus driver, and a home aide/caregiver.

She was a tough and loving mother with high expectations for all her children and loved being around her grandchildren.

Linda McBee departed this life on Monday, July 24, 2023.  She was preceded in death by Roland McBee Sr. (father) and William T. Erby (step father).

She leaves to cherish her memories – surviving family Cleva M Erby her mother; her children, LaShonna King of Tulsa, Ok, Previn (Dee) Dixon of Raleigh, Nc, Shantel Bolton of Jenks, Ok, EnRico (Brett) Gallini of Houston, Tx. Three brothers, Roland McBee Jr., Michael McBee, and Jerome Johnson. Nine grandchildren ChiQuitta Dixon, Shirangela Dixon, Kenneth (Chante) King Jr., Previona Dixon, Kenisha King, Sierra Williams, Shaione Bolton, Axel Gallini & Luca Gallini, and a caravan of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

A public viewing will be held on Thursday, August 3, 2023 from 5-8pm at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow the following day August 4, 2023 at 10am at Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
