Obituary

Jacob Smith was born October 29, 1979, he passed away on August 14, 2023.

Jake was the most loyal son, brother and uncle. Jake loved his mom, they had an unbreakable bond. Jake loved his nieces and nephews, his face would light up being around them. As much as Jake loved everyone around him, everyone loved Jake. He would end up being a friend to everyone in Tulsa. Everyone light up when they were around him. He loved to cook for others and himself, of course. He loved to write and draw. He loved music and was a musician at heart. He was also the cheesiest dancer. He always made everyone laugh, truly the life of the party. He was cut from different cloth and had so much imagination. He had unmatched potential. Jake was everyone’s favorite brother. He will be missed dearly.

A visitation will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 from 4-8pm.
