Donald Joe Ogans, Sr was born in Dewey, Oklahoma on March 10, 1938. He passed away in Tulsa, Oklahoma on March 27, 2022. He will be loved and missed by all.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home from 4pm-8pm.
