Visitation for Mr. Lampkin will be held on Thursday, November 17, 2:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, November 18, 12:00 p.m., at Butler-Stumpff & Dyer Memorial Chapel, 2103 E. 3rd St., Tulsa, OK 74104.

Interment will be held on Monday, November 21, 12:30 p.m., at Fort Gibson National Cemetery.
