Services will be Monday September 18, 2017 2:00pm in New Jerusalem Baptist Church 3427 N. Birmingham Ave Tulsa, Oklahoma 74107.

Visitation will be Sunday September 17, 2017 2:00pm til 6:00pm at Dyer Memorial @ Butler-Stumpff Funeral Home 2103 East 3rd St Tulsa, Oklahoma 74104.

Burial will follow at Rolling Oaks Cemetery Jenks, Oklahoma under the Direction of Dyer Memorial Chapel.
