Obituary
On Wednesday May 09, 2017 Mrs.Von J. Allen “Entered the gates of Heaven”
VonChita Jurine Crawley was born on January 16, 1943 in Boley, Oklahoma to Hattie B. Crawley and Kirby Crawley. To this union, seven children were born. VonChita had four brothers, Joe, Ray, Richard and Leon and two sisters, Glorious and Ruth Crawley, all who preceded her in death.
In the 1960’s she met and married James Maloy. They were parents of three children, Debbie, James and Diane Maloy.
Von was a caring and loving woman. She continued her employment in the nursing field where she earned a certificate in Nursing.
In 2001, she met and married William O. Allen. She was a member of St. Paul AME Church and soon William became a member also. They attended St. Paul faithfully through the duration of their marriage.
Von loved, fishing, traveling, and living life itself. She never met a stranger, she loved everybody. An angel of God is how she will be remembered cherished by all of those who were fortunate to be in her presence.
She is preceded in death by her parents and all of her siblings,; husband, William O. Allen and grandson, Joey Williams.
VonChita leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy her three children, Debbi Maloy of Dallas Tx. James Maloy and Diane Maloy both of Tulsa, OK; her grandson, Jacob Walker and two great-grandchildren Isreal Williams and Jayden Williams all of Tulsa, OK. She will always be affectionately known as “Granny-Gran”. With a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family, her beautiful life will always be cherished and remembered.
