Funeral Services for Mrs. Pearlee Flemons 92 of Tulsa, Oklahoma died Monday at Hillcrest Medical Center.

Burial: Green Acres Memorial Gardens

From Labor To Reward.. . Pearlee Blocker was born on March 14, 1924 in the area of Fort Coffee, Oklahoma. She was embraced in the loving arms of Willie and Fredrika Blocker. On June 13, 2016 at the blessed age 92, Pearlee after a short illness she was beckoned by the Heavenly Father whom makes no mistakes to enter into a place of “No More” she gently dozed into eternity to be reunited with her parents, Willie and Fredrika Blocker. A daughter Darlene Heads, brothers, Henry Blocker, Robert L. Blocker, sisters, Amanda Lewis, Louise Gilkey and Ona Mae Spottsville.
Pearlee was united in Holy Matrimony to Ellis Flemons on August 19, 1952 they lovingly shared 46 years of marital bliss until his demise in December 1998. Pearlee was employed for 42 years at the Bama Pie Company before retirement. It is also noted that she created the pastry recipe. This recipe was also adopted by McDonald’s Hamburgers and used for their famous fried pies.
Pearlee was a member of Northside Church of God In Christ where she gave time, money and good home cooking. She later joined New Testament Pentecostal House of Prayer where she was a founding a faithful member. Pearlee was loved and admired for her sweet spirit and willingness to give, give and give. She truly loved the Lord.
Pearlee leaves to cherish her memory; her sons, Edward and Johnny Stevenson; sister, Gladys Eaves and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
