Mrs. Anna Marie Walker 77 Retired Health Care Worker died Tuesday at her home.

We loved her but the Lord loved her best so on March 22, 2016 He chose to take her back.
On February 26, 1939 in Austin, Texas Lee and Amanda Swisher were blessed with their one and only daughter, they named her Anna Marie.

Anna Marie received and accepted Christian life at an early age. She attended Morning Star Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. T.O. Chappell.

She attended Tulsa Public Schools, Ralph Bunche and Carver Junior High, St. Monica Catholic School. After graduation she met and married Frank Walker, who preceded her in death. They moved to Los Angeles, California where they lived until their return to Tulsa in 2004 after retirement. Anna Marie lived a full and happy life She never met a stranger “To know her was to love her.” She enjoyed cooking and taking care of her family. After raising her children, she became a home health caregiver. Upon returning to Tulsa she enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and all her many friends at the Country Club Gardens.

Anna Marie leaves to cherish her memory four children Danny Lee Swisher, Sharon Swisher (William), Devette Robinson (James) and Frank Walker, Jr.; fourteen grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Burial: Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
