Services for Mr. Richard Lee Powell, Sr. 69 Concrete Finisher died Saturday at his home with his loving wife and family by his side. Will be Saturday 11;00AM in the Timothy Baptist Church of Muskogee, Oklahoma. Burial willl follow in Doyle Cemetery with Visitation FRIDAY 10;00am til 7;00pm at Dyer Memorial Chapel and Saturday 9;00AM TIL the hour of Service.
